Default Mini basket quilt(Sweet Pickins)

It measures in at about 26 x 32, it was made from the scraps of my Cherry blocks quilt that you can see here http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...k-t222992.html . The cherry quilt is almost quilted, its just been too stinking hot to stand in front of the frame with all those hot lights blaring. And of course there's other things to make the house hot like canning Zucchini Marmalade. You can find the recipe here http://www.newlyweds-blog.com/2010/0...ini-marmalade/ .

Oh dear! We have so much in common. I love making jams, jellies and relishes too. Gardening takes up most of my mornings now. It is so hot I have to go out at dawn to keep it all trimmed and tidy out there. We have cherry trees and I freeze them and make jelly. I think this year I will try the crabapple jelly. They are falling all over out there. Any good recipe for that?

I love the little quilt. So darling and such nice work.

Your small quilt is so, so adorable. I have never canned anything, but I so admire those that do. I must admit that I have never heard of zucchini marmalade - but sounds good.

I'm amazed at those itty-bitty half-square triangles! One 32nd of an inch makes them off! Wow!

That's so adorable-would drive me crazy to work with such small pieces.
