I wanted to try a bargello since I've been in love with them for a while. I got some Moda marbles, sewed them into strips of 2 1/2" and then started cutting.

This is my result. It's about 12" x 20"

Great idea to start out small. I have been wanting to tackle one but wasn't clever enough to think of this! Thanks for the tip.
