This is a table topper I just finished for my mom for her birthday party tomorrow. Man it was a lot of work. Have never done the scalloped inter edge. Learned something new.

Maybe but I would change some stuff. It was a learning experience. The outside border is like a picture frame. Thanks for all the nice comments.
