Cool Monster blocks - not finished but what do you think?

These are the monster quilt blocks I am working on for a baby quilt. There are 11 of them. 10 blocks for the quilt front and 1 block will be on the back. Not sure which one will be on the back although it will be 1 of the smaller ones.

All of the blocks are fused. I have not started the applique stitching yet as I had problems earlier and had to completely start over. (That first block may be made into a pillow case or something else but won't be in the quilt.) Some of the features (eyes, mouths, fingers, etc will be embroidered on).

I just wanted to share what I've done so far. It has taken much longer than I expected to get each block to this point. The blocks are hanging from the ceiling. I don't have a design wall but this seems to work pretty well. My sewing room is a converted attic.

Thanks for looking and have a great week.
