6 of 20 done and I have 4 more of the handle parts done and ready to sew to baskets.

My plan is to do a Warm Wishes type border around the baskets with thin strips of the various black, white, and red fabrics. I won't know for sure until I am done with the baskets and figure out exactly what material is left. I think maybe a fussy cut apple as corner blocks on the borders. The apple fabric will be sashing and outside border, maybe a small border of the white and cherry fabric since I have a lot of it.

Will just have to see what it comes out like, I won't know till it's done.

What a cheery looking selection of fabrics!!

Someone has a real flair for colour and design. Inherited maybe from a talented mother?????

lol... Yes, my oldest daughter picked out the fabric. It's not a baby quilt, it's for her, 27 years old. She doesn't like florals at all though she is a girlie-girl. She loves purses and shoes and she thought these were purses. I already have the label printed and it says in part, "She can call them purses if she wants to."
