    A lady from Hawaii sent this tee-shirt quilt and asked for medium meandering.

    Hopefully it will inspire some of you to have that salad, take that walk in the evening or make to the gym this week...because you're worth it. :thumbup:

    Are the T-shirts part of the program ? I don't know anything about curves.
