She wanted it to be flat so the batting is Quilter's Dream 100% cotton select. The thread play changes direction to add movement and texture. I used Superior Threads So Fine #50 which is a great thread for thread sketching. My kids liked the back because it really shows there! Enjoy and thanks for looking!
