Mr. Chillingsworth Quilt
I made this quilt for my friend in Florida who had hip surgery in August and is having the second hip done in November. He also loves Halloween so when I saw the quilt kit at Fatquartershop, I knew it was meant for him! The kit had VERY generous fabric cuts that I will make a table topper for myself out of the leftovers. The fabrics in the top are from Andover; I've never used that manufacturer before. The fabrics frayed something fierce so I starched like crazy, shortened my stitch length and held my breath until it came out of the dryer!!!
As usual, SewnSewer2 did a fabulous job on the label! Mr. Chillingsworth landed safely in Florida yesterday and has made himself at home!!!
