I made my first twister quilt as a Christmas present for my SIL I used FQ of music fabric and I learned that there needs to be a little more contrast to make the pinwheels pop. Over all I am pleased and I know he will love it for his music room, he plays the guitar and has a small room set up with them.

I bought the little and large twister rulers and it is basically 5 inches squares sewn together and then you cut them apart with the twister ruler and then sew them back together. It was really pretty simple just time consuming.
