I couldn't find the earlier post about a "mug organizer" but I had printed the picture. I just finished my interpretation of it. I am amazed at how much it holds. The "jug" is one my daughter made and I used in the kitchen until she gave me a bigger one that works better there. I used quilted fabric for mine--the stiffer fabric seems to work well. It was very easy to make and took maybe 30 minutes (tops)--I had to figure out how to make it which took me a few minutes and a couple of trying different ideas. Here are my pictures.

That's just a coffee mug? It seems like it is much larger!

You are most welcome to do so. It is basically 2 strips of fabric--the liner is cut twice as deep as the "jug" (note mine is NOT a coffee mug so I did not have to adjust for a cup handle). I sewed the pocket strip on making the pockets with a little extra space in them. Then I sewed up the outside seam, and as I went towards the opposite end, I slanted the seam inward so there was not so much bulk inside the container. I sewed that end shut. Bound off the bottom edge and popped it into the container. I thought it was pretty easy to do.

This is a ceramic jug my daughter made that is about 6 inches deep and 15 inches around the top edge.
