My stepdaughter has been asking me for awhile now to teach her how to quilt. She is going to be 9 in a couple of weeks. So this weekend we got to work....here is her top. (She did all the blocks but I did put the top together for her because she was a little overwhelmed with how much fabric she had to adjust) But she really did a great job on the blocks.

You can see how happy she it :)

She did a great job :!: She is a cutie too. Well she needs to start keeping a quilt journal now. You know, write a little story about how you and her worked together having fun. About where the material came from and include a picture of it.
