This is my first attempt to post a picture. I have no idea what I'm doing. Will try following the directions.

My question is how do I quilt this? I am a ditcher or cross-hatcher. I don't think stitching in the ditch is enough to hold it and I can't picture how the cross-hatching will work with the squares and rectangles.

Well, it's up. This picture was taken before the last sashing (brown) was applied. Not great photography, but hopefully with practice, it will improve.

Very pretty!
No clue, but I would stitch in the ditch if it were me.
You could always GOOGLE for the pattern, which you CAN find free online, then see what is said about the quilting part.

Pretty quilt. I like the floral fabric.

I'm also interested in the responses for quilting ideas, as I have plans to do this pattern in the future. What width did you use for the 'window sashings'?
TFS.

What about arcs on the flowers for a change, they would be fairly easy to mark & follow, perhaps an inch apart - or 1.5 inches apart?

Thanks. Yes, isn't it great?!! Wish I had bought more. The window sashings were cut 3 1/2 in.; the brown sashings were cut 2 inches; and the blocks were cut 9 1/2 inches.
