My big binding quilt
Hi all, finally finished this baby quilt today, baby's been here since the 1st! Haven't been on here for quite a while, been staying in my shell, I suffer with major depression, bipolar, ptsd, anxiety, and all that great stuff! Also in pic is my new fur baby, got him about a month ago, his name is Timmy! got pattern on the links and resources section, I think it's called Kate's big binding quilt, easy and quick to make.

Well, Timmy has surely made himself comfortably at home with you.
I've always said bindings are more than just a finished edge for a quilt; they can also be part of the design. Your quilt shows that very well; good job!

Looks like the Big Binding replaces an outer border! Both quilt and cat are adorable! Have you had a "fur baby" before? They are really good anti-depressants, as I find handling fabric is to me. I have a magnet, showing a woman with a stack of fabric bolts in her hands, saying "What the heck, it's cheaper than therapy!" (I use both.)
