Default My Blue Ziggy

This is my first 2 color quilt. I've been wanting to make one for a long time in blue and white. My love for that color comes out in this quilt. It's 73x84 and I enjoyed putting it together! I'm sure whoever gets it will love it! The Lord will direct me to the special one to have it.

I had enough piano keys made for 3 sides of the quilt so I only had the last side to make. The piano keys helped to tone down the bright blue sashing. I love the way it turned out! Hope I've inspired someone to look into the blues! Happy quilting! n2 Happy Father's Day to all the families on board!

Whoever receives your quilt, will be lucky! It's so cheerful!

The Lord directs quilts made with love to the person needing love. It's a beautiful quilt.

Oh this quilt is awesome. I love the blues and it is matched perfectly. You must have spent a lot of time working on this. Great job. Is this your pattern?

Thanks, Lynn! Thanks everyone so much for your nice comments! No, actually I spent very little time on this quilt! It was together in 3 days' time!!!!!! (the top itself without all the borders) I love quick quilts! Yes, it's my pattern. I decided to make it easy on myself and just do 2.5" strips with 4.5" blocks to come out near 12". There are around 70 different blues or more in it. There were only a few blocks I wanted repeated in the quilt for contrast purposes. The blues were cut 4.5x6.5. Blocks were all squared to 6.5". Hope others will give it a try! n2
