My nephew asked me if I would make him a Star Wars quilt for Christmas. I am by no means a quilter and definitely not a star wars fan. He wanted Darth Vader and the dark side. I watched a couple star wars shows to figure out what he was talking about(I know why I'm not into it, again) I hunted and found this panel but I had to add all around it to get it to a queen size, added the orange around the panel to match the back. I used batting between the front and back and machine embroidered the personnal phrase across under the panel. This is what I ended up with. He loved it, yaaaaa!!!
