So here is what I have completed so far. Hope the pictures actually show up.

Made for granddaughter, born last Oct. Picture is just top before quilted by someone else and finished.

That third one is gorgeous! I love the colors and the idea of attaching buttons! Did you find out the name of the pattern?

I'll bet your son loves that quilt of his! I especially like the border!

A cute quilt for your granddaughter. October is a good birth month. :D What day did she choose?

All are beautiful, I can't decide which one I like best. Buttons? I never thought about them to "quilt" with--great idea. (forgive me, I'm just learning and there is so much to learn) The baby prints are wonderful!

They're all very pretty, but my favorite is the green one! I love quilts for kids!!!

I really like all of them. I especially like the idea of using buttons. I tie quilts for a nursing home, and securely tied buttons would provide tactile interest. I also am very fond of the green one. It struck me immediately as something a math teacher would do (I am also a math teacher at a community college part time).

I love them all but have visions of the first one in patriotic fabric. May I ask the name of that block?
