It is done by hand...lol that is why it is taking me so long maybe...but really it is one of those things I just pick up now and then to work on

Thanks...anyone do punch needle embroidery? I love doing that and it worked well on this quilt too ... it can be done in nice quilt blocks and made into ornaments too...make nice gifts at holiday time

Not familair with punch needle embroidery. What is it, and how is it done?

Punch needle is really just making lots of loops with a special needle and floss ..basically..you fill in your design with the color you want and making these loops...here is a pic of some I have done

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh it is soooooooooo delicate and resembles beautiful Victorian flavor of gentle creativity from long ago - we would all love to see your complete project and will forever pine over your beautiful work of art!
