My Dear Jane quilt, 'Jane, Past and Present'
#192
For anyone that is hand piecing Dear Jane I have a good tip. Take a piece of cardboard about 10" by 12" and cover it with flannel. This will be your mini flannel board to arrange your pieces before sewing. And they don't get mixed up so bad. I cut and place them as I go and there is no confusion. I hope this helps. :)

Yes, you're right...it is fullfilling when its done. I love to hand piece and hand quilt...(my hands don't care for it:roll:) but these pieces are soo tiny that I'm afraid the only way I can accomplish this is to PP. You are soo extremely talented with all your hand work Rhue.----sorry Lesley for highjacking your thread..
