Fall is my favorite season. I thought I would post my favorite fall quilts. Harvest Moon, is a collection of my favorite fall patterns that I realized I couldn't do entire quilts off, hence, I made a sampler, some of my friends made blocks for this quilt also, hand & machine appliqued, machine quilted, hand embellished, beads, buttons & pins.
Dancing with the maple leaves was inspired by my dad, he loved the buttonhole appliqued leaf quilts, I told him I would make my version. He said he never knew that this is what I did - (quilting)
I was 50 years old when he said this LOL.
