I made this little project last night. It was extremely easy. Paco sews like a dream. After I finished it, I framed it for my husband and it now hangs proudly in his shop. :)

The quilt top is 60 x 80 and I found it at a church yard sale for 50 cents. It has a few tears at the seams, but I don't think that is to much of an issue. I plan on putting a backing on it and stashing it in the linen closet as a spare blanket for guests.

This is more than fantastic find!! Can't believe anyone would sell the top for 50 cents. Surely did not have any idea of value. Aren't you delighted with such a treasure.

The car is awesome, I can see why your hubby likes it so much. The quilt is beautiful, what a great find and for so little money. It was probably made with love for someone who didn't appreciate it, hence the yard sale. Lucky for your.
