I have made quilts from squares and tying them for some time. But never ventured into the area of cutting pieces and putting them together in a pattern. This has blood, sweat and tears. blood from finger sticks from pins, sweat trying to figure out what I did wrong with the last strip and tears when ihad to tear it out again and again....But I am now addicted to strip quilting.

I am backing it with muslin. don't like the fancy ones. I remember quilts when I was little and they were muslin backed. :D
