    Great start to FMQ. You did the best thing to start on a small project that you can easily control. Far too many people start with a bed size quilt and are discouraged because of the size. Start small and build up to larger. You said you enjoyed that-that is a great sign for your future!

    I don't know how to do that, but it always seemed complicated. You did a great job for a first timer.

    Yeah for you. The more you do, the more relaxed you will be and your quilting will get smoother and smoother. Your breathing will improve and your shoulders will drop down and relax, which will help your comfort level.
