I think I've seen a quilt made with 16 FQs is called Sweet 16. I got a 20 FQ set of Sweet & Sour at Connecting Threads when it was on sale for $20. I did this design for it yesterday, leaving out the 4 white FQs. I ordered 7 yards of the floral for the flowers, sashing, and backing, and a yard of the dark purple for the binding.

It's 58"x72" and though EQ6 says it needs 5/8 yd of each fabric I think it over-estimates. I should be able to get out of each FQ two 8 1/2" squares, one half-square for the edge, three 2" sashing blocks, and 8 small flower petals.

These colors are what her bedroom is done in. :D

This is my favorite fabric collection and this is going to be a BEAUTIFUL quilt Pam! I had trouble figuring out what to do with my Sweet & Sour...I would love to own this quilt though! Anyone would be proud of it!

Nice! That's the first collection from Connecting Threads that has caught my interest. Most are too plain for my taste. I like the pattern you are planning.
