This is a Christmas Ornament I made last year. I have made about 50 of them because so many people wanted them. Each one has 50 squares of fabric and about 200 straight pins in it. We loved doing them, but they take a long time so my hands won't let me make them anymore. The one I am showing was a "Memory" ornament done in University of Alabama Fabric. It had the Alabama "A" emblem on the back side. Just wanted to share with all of you.

You wouldn't happen to have a pattern laying around, would you? That is AWESOME!

I did those many years ago only mine was cross stitched in the center. I made them until I thought my fingers would fall off! They're not difficult, just tedious. I couldn't even look at Christmas fabric with small print for years! Yours is really cute!

It is beautiful! I'd love a tute on how to make them. I'm always looking for something new to do with the kids. We make ornaments for everyone each year.

Here's a link to instructions for making these: http://www.make-stuff.com/projects/quiltball.html

I've got one almost done; just need to find the right trim to finish it.

I have just two things to say....that is an AWESOME ornament! Wow! The other thing is...War Eagle! heh heh!

Love the Bear Bryant houndstooth hat print. He was a great coach even if I am not a Bama fan.
