    yes, that's how i got into quilting and now im GLADLY addicted!
    she's lucky to have had u for a teacher to get her started! nice job on the first quilt, can't wait to meet her (im sorta new, too)

    Oh, that is beautiful! What a wonderful memory that will be! I know you will miss each other! I hope she really is hooked....that talent shouldn't go to waste!

    What a wonderful way to spend time with your friend! The quilt is beautiful and surely will remind your friend of the special time you shared together. Enjoy the rest of your visit and have a safe trip back to Ireland.

    What a great quilt!! What a fun thing to do with a friend.
    I wish my best friend had any interest in quilting (or anything crafty). I'm trying to brainwash her. Maybe by the time we are retired...

    Thats so beautiful. Very good for her first quilt. Im brand new to quilting and Im finding it really relaxing too.
