    Default City Block, Country Mile

I call this City Country. Inspired by Hoffman block a day and by Vintage Farm Girl patterns. Supposed to depict life in the city as it moves to the country. City skyscrapers in the center, out to metro featuring helicopter, bus stop, train, gates to park, water fountain, etc..More blocks include, fire truck/station, schools, churches, houses, etc. Old time train and depot, that was fun draw I drew most of the 6.5" pieced blocks onto graph paper. Used the Farm Girl patterns for several on outer edge. Paper pieced center block only. Sure was a fun, time consuming piecing project and now I have no idea what to do with it!

You can send it to ME..........................absolutely love it. You had a vision and executed it perfectly. Green with envy over your piecing.

I think you should enter it into your local fair and some shows! It is fabulous. I love the name you gave it too.

Beautiful quilt and very creative of you to draw this out. Such a wonderful idea that you have put from paper to fabric.
