    Default My latest 'Crafty Idea'

    I wanted to Show Off my 'Thread Stands' I've been making these for the 'Linus Project' we use them as Door prizes!
    I get the old paper towel holders at a 'Goodie Store' and use the Wire from Fly swatters a little drilling, glue, paint, and Off to SEW!!!

    very clever idea. you can also use the big cones to. i have lots of big spools. thanks for sharing

    These are awesome! I haven't done any woodworking in a long time, but I really want to make a couple of these! They'd be much sturdier than the plastic ones the stores sell, much less likely to wobble, AND you can keep the colors you use most on a couple at the same time!
