    Each year I help a group of people to complete a quilt in memory of a woman who died from Lymphoma. They then sell raffles to donate the proceeds to an organization called Light the Night. The theme this year was Children. This quilt was a lot of work, but I think it came out pretty good. The only thing about the pictures is I took it when I only had three borders on and forgot to take a final one.

    (and i hardly ever get the picture of it totally finished..just pictures of it in stages...i feel for you!)

    Yes it was QAYG. It made it easier since I was getting blocks from all different people at different times. I used Grosgrain ribbon to join the sections together on the front and just matching fabric strips on the back.
