I made it up. the first pin wheel took me about 1 1/2 hours to get the proportions right, after that it was quick. It was all fabrics I had in my stash.

This is really cute! And I have been known to finish putting the binding on IN THE CAR ON THE WAY to the event. So you're really actually early with this in my book. LOL!
