Emily's dad picked up the quilt this morning and really liked it as well. He told me that the t-shirt quilt I made for their son 2 years ago is on one of the US Navy ships in the Arabian Sea. He still uses his quilt after 2 years in the Navy.
I wasn't quite sure how the HST's were going to look once everything was done, but once the first block was done I was quite pleased with it.

I love that you did stippling in your t shirt quilt I usually stitch in the ditch and worry there is not enough stitching span . I have one to make for a friend and you gave me the courage to stipple it. Thanks oh and by the way you did an awesome job love the hst...
