It is FINALLY FINISHED!!!! I have had this project on commission since August, and have been delayed by one disaster after another. The client has been very nice about it, but I feel just terrible that it took so long! Oh, well... here are a few pic's of the top layed out on my Queen-size bed.

Opinions, please!

oops... I just realized I have not put the top and bottom borders on yet. I am going to use the flag fabric, half as wide as the vertical strips. Once I get it back from the quilter, I will bind it in the blue fabric.

I like it! I've not seen one with patterened fabric for the strips. I think it adds to the look.

Great job!! I'm sure your client will love it in spite of the time it took.

Your client/friend will be so pleased with this quilt. You did a great job! Would you mind sharing what you used behind each t-shirt block to stabilize it? I would like to make a t-shirt quilt for my son, but don't know how to keep the fabric from stretching while I work with it. Thank you!
