    I watched one pieced on Simply Quilts once, and have never had trouble with Y-piecing after that. There's also a great pattern in the book, "Quilts, Quilts, & More Quilts" by McClun & Nownes that helped out a lot. I wonder if that episode on Y-piecing can be found in the Simply Quilts archives. I would recommend that to anyone who wants to do this kind of piecing. I must admit, I practiced, practiced, practiced.

    Thank you for the picture. I love this type of quilt but I am afraid to try it also. I will look into your tips....thanks for adding them.
