What a pain this was to do. A lot of the points don't match, but some of them are absolutely perfect. It's on its way to Dallas, TX to my granddaughter and her family.

It looks good to me.
I know what you mean - I have attempted this a couple of times - at the end I am always frustrated and over it- I hope to master it one ofthese days.
I like yours - I think it turned out nice.

Your lonestar is beautiful.

There are great strip piecing directions in The Joy Of Quilting by Joan Hanson and Mary Hickey. If I ever do another one, I'll sew the strips and then the diamonds with my walking foot, as my seams all curved slightly.

Well, I love it. I havent made one yet, but its on my quilting bucket list. :) Nice job.
