I made some changes to the pattern to make this bigger. It measures at 50 x 50. All I need to do is sandwich, quilt and bind, then off to moms for her birthday. :-)

Thank you everyone. I have never made a quilt like this before. I just love it. My DH is trying to talk me out of sending it to my mom and make her another one so he can have this one.

barnbum, that is my DH quilt. I made a quick quilt for him so he would leave me alone about not having a quilt of his own.

Thank you. I know Mom will love it, but she has a bad habit of packing things away to keep it looking nice. I am hoping she uses this quilt.

tlrnhi, I hope you try PP again. 1 month ago, I had never tried it. I never thought I would be making a quilt that looked like this. Now I just need to work on matching colors. :roll:
