Thread: My nephew's quilt

This is one of my first quilts. As you can tell I have started with easy patterns and have gradually built up from there.

Ok - when you see this keep in mind that he wanted his room dark - the walls are painted a dark royal blue and one wall is black as well as his accessories - his bed is a flat finished chrome - the reasoning behind the grays. Hes not a great photographer and he was using a disposable camera so take that into consideration and the fact that he is 15 and I dont think he understood why I wanted pictures lol

Thanks for the input - We had tried to make a blanket together (he likes to sew but my sister doesnt have a clue lol). Our sewing project didnt work out so I knew he wanted something special for his room and I think it works and he love it which is what truly matters.
