Default My new tote bag

It's been 3 years since I made myself a tote bag so decided it was time for a new one. The bottom two rows actually make up the front pocket and there is a one block wide pocket on either side. The interior has a narrower pocket ledge along the bottom which is just deep enough to hold all those items that always fall to the very bottom of a bag and then elude a search. I also put in a front zipper pouch put left the top portion unsewn and it's deep enough to hold a small camera.

It's finished measurements are: 21 1/2" wide (if you pull the sides out flat) or 13 1/2" wide (if you measure just the front from print block to print block) x 9" deep x 12 3/4" tall. If you measure across the top from side to side, it has a 16" opening.

Thanks for looking.

Perfect size bag and nicely done! Did you use a specific pattern? I have been surfing the web for hours looking for a wider bottom tote and this fits the bill of what I am looking for!

Love your fabrics, the way you mixed sewing fabrics with what looks like batiks. So very original. It is a fun bag and you did nice work.

Your tote bag is great. It is so much fun to make a tote or any bag to fit our needs isn't it? I have fun working on one like that. Very pretty bag.
