My next hand quilting project
I have a quilt, I'm hand quilting now. The quilt I'm working on is 90% done. So I thought I better get another quilt top ready to hand quilt. I need some more of the background fabric. I got on the google search, and found 3 shops. And talked with them. I told them I would send some of the material I need. The fabric is called stonehenge. I hopeing I have enought to go around the partial done quilt top, with 3'' strip. As for the border, I think I'll go with 2-3 different colors with what is in the quilt block with -2 1/2-3'' strip. Just a simple border. I think I will make 6 more block. It's not quit wide enough. Take care everyone. This quilt is called Georgia Peach from a book by Judy Martin--Ultimate book of quilt block patterns. A close up view.

Don. These are beautiful quilts!!! I love your quilts.. and always am inspiration! Is there a number on the selvage for the stonehenge fabric? Thousands of bolts carries a lot of Stonehenge at a good price.

I love your little companion. You keep making these stunning quilts!! Judy Martin quilts are a challenge. Was one of her patterns that was my first commission quilt. Stonehenge leaves you open to a whole lot of fabric by Northcott. Good Luck.
