Smile My One Block Wonder quilt

Since I've seen for first time a month ago an One Block Wonder quilt, I felt very intrigued about it.
After bougth Maxine Rosenthal's first book and learn the videos in youtube, I hunt for a fabric to try one.
Well, I'm very pleased with the result but during the "creative" phase I didn't felt thrilled whith it because I think the fabric wasn't adecuate. I bougth flowers and then I got fruits (kiwis I think..)!!! Well, I supouse this is the path with OBW quilts you never know what you get at the end...
The finished size is 135 cm x 165 cm (53" x 64") I'm going to use the original fabric as back quilt and I hope you like it.
    Happy quilting!

How beautiful! Isn't it amazing how fabric can be manipulated.

That fabric made a wonderful OBW. Aren't they fascinating?

You did a fantastic job on your first OBW and as a plus, those little ones on the border really give eye-appeal.
