    Default My One-Block Wonder

Fairly new to quilting, I just discovered this fabulous book. For my lap quilt (it's about 55" x 80") I used an Oriental fabric, a piece of which is on the back. I am also calling it my One-Week Wonder Quilt, because I bought the fabric on a Tuesday afternoon and sewed the binding on in front of the TV on the following Monday. Couldn't stop sewing the triangles together to see what emerged! The colors of the fabric are more true in the bottom photo than in the top one -- I had to resize the pix of the front of the quilt, maybe reducing the number of pixels reduced the true colors of the quilt.

Wow! I'm always impressed by what people come up with when doing One Block Wonders. Very nice.
