this is one of those baby quilts that was presented at the second birthday party
i started it on time, but i hand quilted it and that takes me forever. the blocks are outlined and then i drew around cookie cutters for the quilting on the blocks. it was fun and turned out okay. even tho i am not the best hand quilter. guess i don't have the patience.

That's a darling quilt! And I love that you used cookie cutters for a quilt design. How creative. I'll be looking differently at my cookie cutters from now on. I think you did a fantastic job with your machine quilting! :)

Baby Luke will probably think the wait was well worth it. You've made him a wonderful quilt. Way to go.

Oooh, how cute! Beautiful work. I love the gingerbread men! I used my cookie cutter bear for an applique and it worked well.

This is cute! I think my mom will be glad to know she's not the only one! I can't recall one of her grandkids getting a baby quilt in time! After so long I start calling them a "toddler quilt"
