Here is a picture (kinda blurry) of the label I added to my grandma's 90th birthday quilt.

The picture has 5 generations shown on it. My granny, my mom, me, my daughter, and her 2 sons.

Hewlet packard has these to make and print free at thier printing site. HP.com I have used them before and they are great!

I love yours with the whole family there in the pic. How fun!

I actually use to have the HP Quilt Label Kit (cd)... I probably made it from that... can't remember.
