Thanks folks :D

Picking that purple took us ages as we were looking at browns/yellows etc that are in the squares, and then we spotted the purple as it was different to the colours already used. Bit of a brave step but it certainly worked.

When I get a bit of spare time next year I'll dig out the books etc that she had and have a crack at some quilting, so I can try to give something like this to our "on the way" baby hee hee
