Hubby has a storage shed we refer to as the 'feed room'. It's where we store the cow feed to keep out the critters.

He was supposed to box in my back porch so I'd have a sewing space. Never happened though and now I'm eyeing the feed room real seriously. It's looking better all the time.

proud mommy of a daughter and son in law who also served a year in iraq.our son is soon to retire with 20 yrs in the navy.i wonder how many of us quilt?? ;)

You are lucky to have that space for yourself.

How big is your quilting barn.

You should paint quilt blocks on the outside of it.

I have the dreary basement for my quilting space it has 4 windows. But I like your idea better.
