Here are two WIPs that I am working on.

Someone posted a Fat Cat that she had done, which is much prettier than mine, but I just used scraps for mine. I drew my pattern from looking at hers, so it's not quite the same. Don't have the mice eyes, ears and tails done yet.

Also, the other two blocks are a BOM that I am using scraps for. It's called Grannys Hankie. The January and February blocks have already been taken down, but they still have the March one for download. I missed the January one, so I just printed it off and enlarged the picture and kept resizing till I got it right and then cut it apart and cut my pieces.

I used Steam-A-Seam, which I wish I hadn't done. It is so thick, it's going to be hard to do the blanket stitch by hand, and my machine won't do the stitch.

Here's the site:

Nice projects.
I have been told that Steam a Seam Light or
Heat and Bond light works better.
Easier on you needle and your hands.
That kitty is cute. He won't be napping long
when you get those mice done!

Your block of the month flowers are beautiful. Maybe you could just do raw edge and stitch just inside the applique ... not that the edges are likely to fray but it is an option.
