Default My second free motion quilt

I made this for a friend who loves cats and dogs. It was my second attempt at free motion quilting on my home machine (Janome 6600P). I think my first one was better - I seemed to have more trouble keeping smooth loops and consistent stitching. But I really like doing it and plan to keep at it. She was thrilled and thought it awesome - and that's all that really counts.

This is beautiful! I, too, will be doing my second FMQ soon. I was actually amazed at how well I did on the first one that I had nerve enough to FMQ. Your quilt is really neat, FMQ and motif.

    I think it's great!
I was playing with FMQ on my new MC6600p two days ago and had a great time. Not perfect, but not dissatisfied with the results either. I am telling myself that since each quilt is a work of art, so is the quilting on each of them! We'll be doing feathers in no time at all!
