Isn't she beautiful! She was born in 1889 and sews like a dream. I found her in an antique shop for $125. I had just met my new friend and fellow board member Genie915. She came in from Texas and was visiting family in Arkansas. We met up for a day of fun and shopping. "Baby" was my first purchase of the day and my best by far. Genie915 and I had a great time, our only complaint, there wasn't enough time to do all we wanted.

Looks beautiful to me! Machines like that are such a work of art. They don't make 'em like that anymore. Also, tell us more about your shelves, I like them too. Did you buy them or did someone make them???????

I purchased my book case over 20 yrs ago. It's made from old barn wood. I love it.

Congrats on the new baby! I know you will have many happy years together.

I do indeed love those shelves, wouldn't mind having some like them. Maybe someday I can talk hubby into making some like them....

LeeAnn that is one very pretty baby. I am formally from Little Rock but now live in Indiana. Don't worry I'm still an Arkansan at heart.

I'm always amazed that other ppl have so much room in their sewing rooms.
Of course I inherited my mothers's sewing room and had to cram it in with my own. sentimental? moi? well, maybe just a little ;)
Baby is cute and love your room
