I was inspired by another board member to post pics of my sewing space, so here it is

This is my cutting table; it folds up and goes under the bed when I have guests

Since it's also my guest room, the bed is my "design board"

This is my quilting table, but it also works as a work table when I'm not quilting.

This desk was DH's father's from the 60's

This is the view from my quilting table and sewing desk. It's an atrium that is only open to the top. Makes a great coffee drinking space, and has great light.

My stash and supply closet

my books

Yeah, it's really nice- the only time it's not user-friendly is the middle of the day in summer when it's unbearably hot with the sun beating down and no breeze. It's pretty much what sold us on this house.

Wonderful. I agree the atrium is great, like a garden right there with you when you work.
