That is lovely.

I have the book. It's in my 'maybe some day' plan.

You did an outstanding job   Find something fun to do. I understand how it wasn't fun but there are lots of fun things to do. Don't you miss your sewing machine :?:

That is lovely!

I think that quilt pattern was a mystery quilt for a retreat and we had to cut all those pieces separately, which I did. But I ended up not liking the fabrics I chose ...remember it was a mystery and I had no idea how the fabrics would be put together. So I quit cuz I didn't like the way it was going together.

I'm sure it can be done with an easier method and I wouldn't mind making it with a speedier version. I'll have to look on the web and see if I can find the directions.

thanks for sharing

Can you point me to a source of the pattern? I'd love to make this pattern.
Somehow I'm thinking of bright yellows and golds, maybe with a silvery grey print for the squares.
Dream on! and remember all those UFOs staring at you Maurene!!

Your quilt is gorgeous. I am making my first Tennessee Waltz right now. You've given me inspiration!
