Thanks for the link .... though there must be something I'm missing as I don't see how it stands up. To me, the weight of the top hoop or ring would weight it down. What is holding it upright?

It just stands up on its own the top hoop isn't that heavy --by the way I made my hoop out of plastic/nylon banding.
