Made this from placemats I got from Ross - 4 for $3.99. The fabric for the handles I already had and the buttons on the handles were $2.99 for 4 (I needed 8).

Hope your holidays are going well. I love your idea of using the placemats for a tote bag. You did a very nice job on them.

I forgot to say that I put velcro between the handles for the closure and I put a purse organizer inside.
